Restored from an 19th century "necessary," this three-room dollhouse
was played in by the present owner when she was a child. Who could
resist making a wish in this idyllic setting.
STAGE COACH
Our old stage coach transported guests
between the many mineral spring spa resorts on the James
and Kanawha Turnpike (now US 60, Midland Trail) which
runs in front of the Inn. The resorts were visited by
President Adams and Monroe and many other Revolutionary
celebrities who spent their summers in the Allegheny
Mountains
