DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:
An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required with all
reservations, deposits are refundable less a $10 cancellation fee
with 10 days prior notice. Without 10 days notice, deposit is
non-refundable. Deposit will be applied to the last night of the
reservation.
